The Energy Report 8.28.25
Greetings,
Welcome to Classroom Earth. Metaphorically like an ocean, we have all types of creatures and personalities- careful with those sharks. Nearly everything is bad for you, as we are discover the poisonous ingredients of almost every product. But the good news is, breathing is still good for you!
Summer cooled off fast depending on where you live, and Fall promises to be a richer environment for creative works and productivity. It’s a good time to think about what you actually want, what you enjoy doing, and what you want to get good at. If you can make money from it, great. Identify a need and or problem and provide a solution for it. But it’s kind of pointless if you don’t enjoy it, and as the wise man said, don’t do anything just for the money.
It amazes me that with all of our collective knowledge and resources, there are still starving and homeless people abroad. And many of us that are fortunate to have homes, food, etc. are just getting by, which means our existence is based on survival. It’s hard to focus on other things if you are stuck in a loop of living paycheck to paycheck. The key is to make love based choices vs fear based ones, and make self-care a priority so that you are enjoying the process.
A faith based path can be difficult, but it’s worse to run into challenges without a faith based path. If you were suddenly left with nothing and didn’t have your faith based path, you might be forced to change or go through even more hardships. A path that leads you to know thyself is a better investment.
What do I mean by faith based? Firstly, believing in a power greater than self and trusting the Universe has got your back. The way I look at it, the Universe will only help us when we are making choices that are good for us and others. It allows us to do whatev but it won’t participate in choices that are self-defeating or harmful. Meet it half way and take a risk that’s good for your soul and watch it open doors for you, sometimes rapidly.
Pay attention to the signs. If it produces a lot of anxiety, it’s probably not the right choice. If it’s good for others but not good for you, probably the wrong path. If you are dreading getting up in the morning to go to work or whatnot, why not consider a change? Sometimes people take great leaps of faith and let go of jobs or circumstances without much of a plan, and it seems to work out.
Help others, but don’t forget to include yourself as equally important. Everybody will have a different path, a different perspective, and a different set of challenges.
You do not need to prove to anyone, especially haters or anyone you’re getting negative vibes from, that you are good, that you are productive, that you are intelligent.
Social media is weird because of the wide diverse friend base. It teaches us that we sometimes have different types of relationships with different people or act a different way with some vs others. Because of this, I think we are more shy about our posts there. I am not sure of the value in social media or having these connections with so many people that aren’t significant players in our lives. Of course I always talk about limiting screen time, but when we are on screens this is worth some thought.
There is only one you and the best gift you can give to the world is to cultivate a relationship with yourself, know yourself and be yourself. We sometime fall into patterns of emulating others or thinking we have to conform to fit in, but I would bet that being yourself is the true way to being more popular. And when you are, people feel it, it resonates.
I’ve had an identity crisis most of my adult life, but it was much more severe in my 20’s. I was living in the shadow of my late sister, thinking that I had to become more like her, socially, politically, fashionably, and so on. Although she did help steer me away from trending ignorance, her influence was both positive and negative. I didn’t really come to know myself and start living from a more internal place until my 30’s and more so in my 40’s. They say self-actualization happens in your 40’s.
A mentor once told me, nothing is more insulting than being something that you’re not. Food for thought.
The path to self-exploration and spiritual progress is a luxury when we barely have enough time to maintain our usual tasks and obligations. But rather than be forced into it or significant change, we can choose to pursue it and become it. Pain is not necessary for change, yet can be a great motivator.
The unsettling truth is, all of this could end at any time. We are undereducated on and ill prepared for death. We don’t know if there is heaven or hell, or if this is a simulation being operated by higher intelligence that might exist outside of the boundaries of thought- like God’s firewall.
We don’t know jack.
Enjoy it. (I know, more pressure, lol).
Tip of the week:
A way to feel better (clarity, more energy, etc) is to fast, even a one day raw-foods diet or water fast is beneficial and you should feel the results. One of the biggest components of advancing the human race could be more self awareness pertaining to what we allow in the hole in our faces:)
